We ship with DHL, two options are available: DHL EXPRESS, delivery 1-3 business days - DHL ECONOMY, delivery 5-9 business days:

- Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden - flat shipping rate of 23 euros with DHL Express - 15 euros with DHL Economy.

Free standard delivery above 175 euros.

- Switzerland & United Kingdom - flat shipping rate of 30 euros with DHL Express - 20 euros with DHL Economy.
Delivery Duties Unpaid. Customs, duties and taxes are not included in your order price nor shipping costs. When placing an order within these countries, you agree to pay any additional customs, duties or taxes.

- Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guadalupe, Japan, Kuweit, South Africa, South Korea -flat shipping rate of 45 euros with DHL Express

Delivery Duties Unpaid. Customs, duties and taxes are not included in your order price nor shipping costs. When placing an order within these countries, you agree to pay any additional customs, duties or taxes. These, as well as the shipping cost are always non refundable.

* Orders for the United States with a value of less than $800 are not subject to customs duty.

If your country is missing from the above, feel free to contact us, we will be pleased to try and arrange a special shipping for you.

Orders are shipped from Thessaloniki, Greece. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are doing our very best so you can get your order ASAP, cause if you are happy, we are too! However, we are a small company so please allow 24-72 hours for order processing excluding weekends. If for any reason, the order processing takes longer, you will be informed.
Delivery period may vary and can be impacted due to covid-19.

As soon as your order will be shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
If you have done a mistake on the shipping address, inform us at the soonest. Kindly note that if your item(s) are being shipped back to us, for this, or any other reason, you will be responsible for any re-shipping charges.
RETURNS
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item or size, kindly place a new order for the desired item(s) and return your current item(s) for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) must be unused, unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
- Item(s) must not have stains from make-up, deodorant or other substance.
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after receipt (postmarked within this time frame).
Returns that do not meet the above requirements will not be refunded.
Full price and sale items can apply for refund.

How To Proceed for your Return Shipment
Request your return form* by sending us an email
Print and attach the return form to the package and send it to:

*Please note that we do not accept any self created return form.
Once we received your return and have controlled the item(s), we will proceed with the refund. It should take about 14 days.
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item(s) using a trackable shipping method, as well as any customs, duties and taxes that may apply. Always ask for a tracking code.
All shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost return packages due to shipping issues.

If you wish so, for an easier return, we can provide you with a DHL return label (within the EU), the amount of the return label will be deducted from the refund.

FAULTY - DAMAGED ITEMS
If despite our quality checks you unfortunately received a faulty item, email us at hello@monceaustudio.com and make sure to attach photos that clearly show the defects. Please let us know within 48 hours after you received your order. Timeless essential womenswear.
